Previous Recipes Denver Mint Cookies
Combine the flour, walnuts, bking soda and salt. In a large bowl, cream the shortening and both sugars. Beat in the eggs, then beat in the vanilla extract. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients, then fold in the Denver Mints. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F. Drop batter by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets 1½" apart.
