Stephany's Mile High Holiday Pie

  • One 9-inch graham-cracker crust
  • One 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk, chilled
  • One 3-oz. can frozen limeade
  • One 9-oz. container frozen, whipped topping, thawed
  • 14 Stephany's Denver Mints, ground
  • 18 Stephany's Denver Mints, whole

Beat condensed milk well. Add limeade concentrate, beating until thick. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Chill 1 hour. Before serving, sprinkle finely ground Denver Mints on top and decorate with the whole Denver Mints.

Serves 8.
